Processing & Handcrafting Time:
Because our paper goods and journals are handcrafted and assembled in small batches, please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing and packaging before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines:
We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through trusted courier partners.
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Flat ₹40–₹80 based on location/weight).
- Free Shipping: Applicable on all domestic prepaid orders above ₹499.

Order Tracking:
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing the tracking link and AWB number to track your delivery in real time.

Delivery Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen logistics delays caused by extreme weather, festivals, or courier network disruptions are beyond our direct control. If your package is significantly delayed, reach out to us at support@paprio.in and we will follow up with the carrier.
